Ireland: – Free shipping on all orders
Europe (including the UK and non-EU countries) – €15
Rest of the World (including North America) – €18

Additional charges

Import taxes and other charges that may apply in respect of items posted outside the EU, are not included in shipment costs. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Information

All deliveries are sent by registered post (by An Post, Ireland’s national postal provider) and will require a signature on receipt. On dispatch, an email will issued to you, containing the relevant tracking information for you to trace the item.

We endeavour to ship all orders within three working days.

For items that are out of stock or are made/modified to your specifications, these may take up to three weeks to make/prepare. If you need a piece sooner or by a specific date, be sure to contact us via our contact form or by emailing iseult@iseultdesigns.com before placing your order.

Ireland: 3-5 working days
Europe: 8-10 working days
Rest of the World: 8-12 working days

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund on the following basis:

• Items must be returned within 14 working days of the date your parcel arrives;
• They must be in the same condition in which you received them;
• They must be in their original packaging;
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that no refunds can be made in respect of the following:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customised pieces
• Bespoke pieces
• Items not received but tracked as being delivered – this may happen when items are delivered to places of work and someone else will have signed for them.

We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service as items are your responsibility until they reach us. We do not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in return transit.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid, within 28 days of receipt of the return.
